Allowing the petals to dip below the water’s surface provides a landing place for bees and butterflies to sip at the edge without falling in. Use it with or without the addition of glass beads or stones. Perfect for porches, balconies or deck rails, the wrought iron Railing Bracket has C-type clamp that holds the bracket to the railing without need for drilling or permanent mounting.
